Hi Bradley.

For 2WD Mod CORR Truck, you must run a conventional size 540 can motor. It can be brushed or brushless. No 550 size, no 750 size, etc. The motor can be commercially availably, home made, modified or experimental. The number of turns used, either brushed or brushless, is up to the discretion of the driver.

Hope to see you there.

Cheers

Glenn

Only a week to go before the first round of the Series. Who will be coming? I hope you all are. There are heaps of CORR truckers in Bendigo. Are there any Metro truckers who can match their pace?

Thanks very much to all the drivers who came along for the first round. It was great racing today. Thanks to the guys at Bendigo for preparing a great track for us to race on. I think everyone loved the full throttle sweeper off the front straight all the way to the back straight. Squeeze the trigger and hold on tight!!!

Be sure you all get to the second round at Vic Weirs farm at Majorca via Carisbrook on April 25. This is a superb track and will provide some unreal racing. Registrations will start at 9.00am and racing will be from 10.00am.

I am sure Vic will be happy to run all electric classes on the day.

I will post full directions to the track next weekend.

Here is a video of a Stock Slash going around Vics' track at Majorca. Achievable, interesting and a whole lot of fun. Will be great racing here when it is packed full of CORR Trucks.

Central Victorian CORR Truck Challenge Series 2010

Round 2 of the Central Victorian CORR Truck Challenge is scheduled for April 25, at Vic Weirs farm at Majorca (near Carisbrook).

This is a magnificent track and all CORR truckers will be doing themselves a terrible injustice if they don't come along for this one.

Directions to the track:-
From Castlemaine, head through Newstead and on towards Carisbrook (Maryborough road).
In Carisbrook, zero your trip meter as you turn left onto the Clunes/Ballarat road. (Big green sign).
At 6.00km go straight on through T intersection.
At 7.10km turn left at major intersection, follow (big green) Clunes/Ballarat sign.
At 10.70km turn left up Deeds Rd. (dirt road) Do not take the bitumen road to Majorca.
At 11.30km turn right onto Henleys Rd.
At 12.20km veer left onto track at the white mail box.
At 12.60km you will come to the gate at Vics place.
Go around the back of the shed, through the gate and down the hill to the track.

We will be there by 9.00am.
Registrations from 10.00am and racing starts at 11.00am.

See you all there

Glenn
